The Role: Business Development Manager

We’re seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships.

This is a consultative sales role where you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, uncover operational challenges, and present tailored IT solutions that deliver real business value. It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to accelerate their career within the IT sector and make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support wider business development initiatives
  • Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement through to deal closure

About You: Business Development Manager

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
