Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you’ll build and maintain relationships with SMEs, understanding their payment needs and presenting solutions that align with their goals.

You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the sales process from introduction to close, and providing an excellent customer experience. This position suits individuals who are self-motivated, confident communicators, and enjoy working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new SME clients through outbound and inbound sales activity.
  • Present and promote payment solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience selling card payment or merchant services is a must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and goal orientation.
  • A proactive, confident, and professional approach.
