Recruiting Talent is working with a national Construction and Engineering recruitment agency that is looking for a Branch Manager to develop and lead a team in West Central Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager who has the drive and enthusiasm to manage a start up branch. With your experience within the Scottish market and the support of a very successful branch network in England, you will benefit from the success you create.

As Branch Manager, you’ll receive an excellent salary package as well as training and support within a specialist, ever-growing company.

This role will give you the opportunity to create a team of your own and build a successful branch from the ground up. Day-to-day, you will lead by example in developing new business and setting targets and key performance indicators for the branch. As Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team to set objectives and strategies to help the business grow along with your development.

The Role:

  • Recruit and manage a team of recruiters who work within the Construction sector, leading by example to make them the best recruiters they can be
  • Grow and develop new business and client relationships in the local area
  • Drive performance to deliver against budget across core business areas 
  • Train, coach, inspire and develop your team
  • Monitor, prepare and communicate financial and performance targets for the branch

The Person:

  • The ideal candidate must have experience within either the Construction/Engineering/Renewable Energy/Security/Oil and Gas sector
  • Experience within a management role and can demonstrate evidence of driving performance and managing a recruitment team.
  • Be a strong communicator - able to communicate with people on all levels
  • Ambition, drive and a self starter –
  • Strong recruitment experience across temp/perm sectors
  • Proven track record for billing and business development
