We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing FM, Building Services & Compliance Specialist Group. 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, craft innovative solutions, and execute strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
