As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their successful commercial team.
The Role
This is a genuine account management opportunity focused on nurturing and developing an established customer base. You'll build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to introduce additional solutions that support their evolving business needs.
There is no requirement to bring existing clients, contacts or a book of business. You'll inherit a portfolio of customers and focus on growing those relationships.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You'll have previous experience managing customer accounts within an MSP or IT services environment and enjoy building lasting client relationships.
