If you’re an experienced estimator in sheet metal or fabrication, this is one of those roles where your input genuinely shapes outcomes—not just quotes.

You’ll be the link between customer requirements and production, turning technical drawings into accurate, commercially competitive quotations. Working with a steady flow of inbound enquiries, you’ll manage the full process—from understanding client needs through to quote follow-ups and conversion—while building relationships that lead to repeat business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Interpreting technical drawings and client specifications
• Producing accurate cost estimates and quotations
• Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email
• Following up quotes to win business
• Collaborating closely with sales and production teams

What you’ll need:

• Estimating experience within sheet metal or metal fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• High attention to detail (CAD knowledge is a bonus)
