Corporate Sales Manager – West Dublin Hotel Resort Hotel Property 

Recruitment Needs Consulting are on the lookout for a Corporate Sales Manager for our wonderful client hotel property based in West Dublin.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing the ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in Sales within the Hotel Industry, a professional approach to sales and the ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Key tasks:

Deliver agreed upon sales targets via the following avenues:

Networking within industry, Detecting and Converting, Maximise revenue by unlocking new transient corporate business

Provide daily route plans and visit schedules, on a week to week and month to month basis, in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing and General Manager, to ensure maximum exposure to potential markets, ensuring the preparation of a weekly feedback report to identify areas of progress as well as areas for continuous improvement

Prioritise own workload

Manage multiple campaigns and targets at any given time

Deliver excellent customer service by understanding in detail the customer needs and tailoring packages to meet these needs

Utilize the full sales method mix, including self-sufficient lead generation, primarily through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and networking

Attend local, regional, national and international seminars, events and functions as necessary

Complete hotel onsite inspections and tours with interested parties

Continuously develop the public relations of Castleknock Hotel within the local and national communities

Possess a clean driving record and own transportation to travel to and from prospective clientele and other relevant meetings

Maintain flexibility at all times to meet ever changing needs of clientele, including but not limited to some after hours or weekend travel, exhibiting and entertaining.


The ideal candidate will have:

·         Minimum Third Level Sales or Business-related Degree 

·         2-3 years’ experience in Sales

·         Excellent negotiation skills 

·         Strong experience in the Corporate Market 

·         Ability to use analytical tools to monitor and report

·         Excellent Communication and organisational Skills    

.         Own transport as travel will be part of this role
