Business Development Manager
London Hybrid Working, salary up to £65,000 plus bonus and share options
Your opportunity is to join this exciting technology company as a Business Development Manager helping to change the face of in work conversations. You will be selling into interesting and diverse businesses, adding to a portfolio that already has Tesco and Virgin Money as clients.
You will be eligible for share options and bonus and as the team grows, so can your career. If you are successful in your role, then there is no ceiling to your progression with the business. In addition, there are generous training budgets for further professional development.
You must have experience of building B2B pipelines from the ground up and have the enthusiasm, desire, and motivations to be a success. This role requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to make a positive impact in the workplace.

Your skills and experience
• Ability to build a B2B pipeline from the ground up
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Well organised
• Data savvy
• Familiar with change management/HR processes would be preferred
• 3+ years of proven sales experience
• Always having a desire to learn
