The Role:

The Business Development Manager will provide a full 360 service to our customer base. From initial consultation / meeting we will identify solutions and products that meet our customer needs. You will be able to present services to senior management / board level and secure contracts / business across a variety of different industries and sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to UK existing and new business clients to effectively question a prospect to establish a need and provide the best solution, that incorporates our services for water, telecoms, merchant services, fuel cards and waste management.
  • Present and explain a range of business procurement strategies and comprehensive management of these services
  • Develop progressive relationships with a broad range of UK clients from contract implementation to maintenance
  • Formulating effective business management plans around our services
  • Achieving monthly revenue and KPI targets
  • Effectively use CRM system to source and generate own client pipeline
  • Comply with quality and industry standards
  • Having a consultative approach by becoming an expert in the industry and advising, guiding, and consulting clients


  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
  • Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of cyber security products and services
