We are on the search for a Senior Divisional Manager to lead our clients Industrial & Manufacturing Recruitment team based Leeds.

This is a huge opportunity to play a lead part in building out our Industrial recruitment division, taking advantage of some of the biggest clients and fees in this sector. You will be working and working with some of the most interesting and exciting businesses in West Yorkshire.

The Role

We have an opportunity for an established Recruitment Leader to become in a fundamental player in building out and contributing to the success of our Leeds office. Looking after the unit means you'll be responsible for motivating, managing and mentoring your team - instilling best practice and helping everyone achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a Senior Manager, you'll be a hands on, proactive member of the team, continually contributing to building out our portfolio of clientele and leading from the front. Ideally with prior experience recruiting in the Industrial sector and good experience working in a 360 business.
