As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across the UK by managing and expanding customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving new business alongside the growth of existing customer accounts
Selling UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
Building trusted, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners nationwide
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom)
A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and developing enterprise-level accounts
The ability to work autonomously while building long-term, value-driven client relationships
Ideally, a base in or around London, with flexibility to travel into the city as required
Basic salary: Up to £40,000
OTE: £70,000+ (uncapped commission)
Hybrid working: Largely remote with regular London meetings
