A multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to appoint Valuation Surveyors. Actively looking to appoint valuers in the following areas; Yorkshire, Essex, West Midlands & Oxfordshire. The Registered Valuer will be responsible for understanding a variety of valuation work.

Excellent opportunity to join a well-established surveying firm. The Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking regional valuation work. We are interested in speaking with both Commercial and Residential Valuation Surveyors. With an excellent client base, there is work across asset classes.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking a range of valuations (including Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys, Red Book Valuations, Help to Buy, Probate & Matrimonial valuations).
  • Carry out site inspections across commercial and residential properties. 
  • Manage your own pipeline with the support of centralised admin, diary management, and technical teams.
  • Using the latest technology (including eTech, GoReport, Quest, and Valos).
  • Build business locally through networking and relationship management.

To be considered you WILL:

  • Be MRICS or FRICS status (in excess of 2 years PQE). 
  • AssocRICS will also be considered. 
  • RICS Registered Valuer. 
  • Good knowledge of your local property market. 
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel locally.

This is a home-based role with a great support network where Surveyors regularly meet up. If you are AssocRICS looking to become MRICS, there is training and support for you to achieve this.
