We have a vacancy for an individual with solid experience in all general accounting matters for our company. You must have a minimum 5 years experience.
The role will involve undertaking a range of financial processes including:-
· Overseeing the ledgering of purchase invoices
· Inputting expenses and nominal receipts and payments
· Paying Suppliers
· Bank /Credit Card reconciliation
· Processing & reconciliation of VAT
· Vehicle Fleet accounting procedures
· Credit Control/CashFlow
· Providing Management Reports & Budgets
The ideal candidate will be:
· Confident with purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations.
· Able to work within a team - overseeing team members
· Well organised
· Ability to compile, analyse and review data to a high level of accuracy
· High level of attention to detail
· Friendly and tactful personality
· Strong inter-personal skills both verbal & written
. AAT Trained preferable but not essential
The position is full time 40 hours per week.
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
