The Role – Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and generating new sales opportunities. You'll engage with key decision-makers, qualify prospective clients, and support the wider sales team in building a strong pipeline of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to develop a long-term career within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings for senior sales and business development consultants
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximise lead generation activity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
  • Keep informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity developments

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing sales role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and confident in engaging with new prospects
  • Genuine interest in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM platforms would be advantageous
