Energy Assessor – OCDEA SAP 

Location: Chester

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A reputable sustainability and energy consultancy is looking to hire an experienced Energy Assessor to join their growing team in Chester.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out SAP assessments, overheating and water-efficiency calculations, U-value calculations, and energy modelling.
• Produce energy statements and technical reports 
• Support clients with technical guidance
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand client services.
• Keep up to date with any regulatory requirements 

What we’re looking for:

• Hold an OCDEA certification
• Relevant experience in energy modelling software (SAP)
• Proven industry experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving license – willingness to travel
• Working knowledge of sustainable practices, industry and building regulations
