Our group is a fast-growth business with a dual focus. On the one hand, we are building a platform for recruitment businesses, and on the other, we have a corporate and commercial finance advisory business. Our marketing department is cross-functional, working as an internal agency, serving the multiple brands in the group.

This role is incredibly dynamic, allowing the individual to work on driving business through direct, performance marketing, through to more creative, brand and content marketing. Each brand (of which there are currently 4), has a different strategy, and our approach is to be dynamic and flexible, ensuring the best service across each of them.

The group is growing at a (VERY!) fast rate, and our team needs to grow! We are looking for someone creative and enthusiastic to assist across our team, which assists across all the businesses in the group.

The best way to see this role is as an internal agency role.

You will be expected to assist our management and marketing team in a range of activities. This will include, working on our innovative content marketing strategy, assisting with the development of our multiple brands, assisting with identifying our target audience, assisting with the delivery of high-quality content (text and video), assisting on the social media approach, and helping to manage reporting across the marketing function across the brands.

You will need to have an adaptable style to work with a mixture of business types and sizes. You will need to have an interest in and motivated by learning how to deliver high-quality marketing strategies. You will have direct exposure to multiple growing businesses and funding methods during the scheme. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and be enthusiastic to learn.

It is critical that you are detail-oriented and organised. We run a young, fast-moving, and friendly team environment, based in a laid-back London Bridge office. This is a predominantly office-based role, but flexible working is available.

In a fast-paced, small team environment, it is important that everyone understands flexibility and dynamism are a necessity. Every day, employees are asked to go outside of their job roles and pitch in to help – a ‘get your hands dirty’ attitude is crucial.
