Blue Recruitment Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Rakehands and Roller Drivers on behalf of a growing surfacing and civils operation due to continued expansion and newly secured contracts.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy team working on a range of road surfacing and groundwork projects across the region.

Roles Available:

• Rakehands
• Roller Drivers
• Operatives with experience working around asphalt pavers (highly desirable)

Pay Rates:

💷 Rakehands: £16.00 – £20.00 per hour
💷 Roller Drivers: £18.00 – £23.00 per hour
💷 Higher rates available depending on experience, tickets and paving skills

Requirements:

✅ Valid CSCS Card
✅ Previous surfacing/asphalt experience
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Ability to travel to the yard in Maidstone for early morning starts
✅ CPCS / NPORS Roller Ticket is beneficial for roller driver roles
