The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner to your clients—owning relationships from onboarding through to renewals, ensuring they gain maximum value from services while identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll combine relationship management with strategic sales, delivering tailored recommendations, spotting upsell and cross-sell potential, and staying ahead of technology trends to provide a consultative, solution-led approach. This role blends hybrid working with regular in-person client meetings, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
