The Role
 As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner to your clients—owning relationships from onboarding through to renewals, ensuring they gain maximum value from services while identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll combine relationship management with strategic sales, delivering tailored recommendations, spotting upsell and cross-sell potential, and staying ahead of technology trends to provide a consultative, solution-led approach. This role blends hybrid working with regular in-person client meetings, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

About You
 You’re a natural communicator with a proven ability to grow accounts and meet ambitious sales targets. You understand IT services—from cloud platforms and networking to cybersecurity—and can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle priorities with ease, and take full ownership of client success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B account management, sales, or technical consultancy.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident working with both senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and commercially driven.
