The Role

As Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of client success – building long-term partnerships, spotting opportunities for growth, and guiding customers through their IT transformation journey. This role is all about relationships, collaboration, and delivering real value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Acting as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions and strategic insights
• Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared success

About you:

• Experience in Account Management or Business Development within IT/MSP
• A consultative, solution-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging decision-makers
• Ambition, curiosity, and the drive to keep learning and improving
