Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager – IT Sector

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support broader business development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from initial engagement through to deal closure

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Results-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
