Legal Marketing Search is partnering with a prominent international law firm to hire a Bid / RFP Coordinator to support their Strategic Pursuits team. Hybrid Work Setup - 3 days per week in-office

Role Overview:

The Bid / RFP Coordinator will play a key role in the Strategic Pursuits Center, a centralized resource within the firm for managing RFPs, pitches, and new business proposals. The role involves maintaining proposal content, managing proposal tracking, and collaborating with attorneys and business development teams to produce compelling, high-quality client proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Maintain a firm-wide content library to ensure pitch and proposal responses align with the firm’s brand identity.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor pitch and proposal outcomes and generate reports on win/loss metrics, client trends, and practice-specific insights.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in drafting tailored proposals and responses that emphasize the firm’s unique value and competitive strengths.
  • Document Production: Oversee the final production of client materials, including proofreading for grammar, format, and consistency.
  • Research and Analysis: Work with the Competitive Intelligence team to research client industries, competitors, and other factors that enhance the firm’s proposals.
  • Project Support: Participate in additional business development projects and support other strategic initiatives as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience within the legal or professional services industry, with direct experience in RFPs and proposals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail, particularly in grammar and formatting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and content management tools.
  • Experience in competitive research, proposal tracking, and legal business development preferred.
