£35,000 Base + Uncapped OTE

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, driving growth through consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-led conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing existing B2B client accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities for IT managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and communications solutions
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Delivering consultative, value-driven sales presentations
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions
  • Driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / account management
  • Background in IT, telecoms, MSP, or technology solutions (highly desirable)
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
