£35,000 Base + Uncapped OTE

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, driving growth through consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-led conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing existing B2B client accounts
- Identifying new opportunities for IT managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and communications solutions
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Delivering consultative, value-driven sales presentations
- Collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions
- Driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales / account management
- Background in IT, telecoms, MSP, or technology solutions (highly desirable)
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
