The North East of England is particularly buoyant within the manufacturing sector, and through continued growth our client has an opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. 

This role would suit ambitious individuals with at least 6-12 months recruitment experience who are looking to explore career development opportunities. 

The Role & Person:

• Minimum of 6 months recruitment experience 
• Business development, through cold calling, social media & building professional relationships.
• Create a pipeline of business for desk growth.
• Source, interview and complete all candidate engagement.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the Branch continues to grow.
• Present, negotiate and discuss service proposals with prospects
• Continuous training and development.
