Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based in London. The studio is known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the capital, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, collaboration, and innovative design solutions.

The practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of residential and fire remediation projects across a range of stages. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an intermediate-level professional to develop their technical expertise while contributing to complex schemes within a supportive and technically driven team environment.

Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

  • Support the technical delivery of residential and fire remediation projects across multiple RIBA stages, particularly Stages 3–5.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of technical design packages for high-rise and multi-occupancy residential buildings.

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to support the smooth delivery of projects.

  • Assist with the coordination of project information and help ensure documentation aligns with UK building regulations and fire safety standards.

  • Support project teams across multiple live schemes, contributing to programme delivery and project milestones.

  • Participate in design team meetings and assist in addressing technical queries during the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Experience for this Architectural Technologist role:

  • 3–6 years’ experience working within a UK architectural practice.

  • Experience working on UK residential projects, ideally including multi-occupancy or high-rise developments.

  • Good understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and technical design processes.

  • Experience using Revit to produce detailed technical drawings and project information.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to technical design and project delivery.
