A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Guildford team. The practice delivers a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to take ownership of project delivery within a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
• Lead the technical delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors and all RIBA stages
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
• Prepare NBS specifications and Scope of Works documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver fully integrated design solutions
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards
• Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery
• Support and mentor junior team members where required

Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
• Proven experience technically delivering architectural projects within a UK practice
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience preparing NBS specifications and Scope of Works documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
• Experience delivering projects across a wide variety of sectors
