Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Air Quality Consultant to lead their Air Quality discipline. This is a senior role with real influence – shaping strategy, driving growth, and guiding a talented team.

The Opportunity
 Work on high-profile, complex projects across sectors such as major infrastructure, urban regeneration, transport, and energy. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, represent the discipline at senior level, and have the freedom to shape future services and innovation.

The Role

• Lead complex air quality assessments and provide technical oversight.
• Drive strategy, growth, and client development.
• Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally.
• Mentor and inspire the team while ensuring delivery excellence.
• Support bids, tenders, and business development.

About You

• Significant consultancy experience in air quality.
• Strong knowledge of UK legislation/guidance.
• Proven ability to win and deliver high-profile projects.
• Commercially astute with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Chartered or Fellowship status desirable.
