Project Architect / Architectural Technician 

Northampton 

£40,000 - £50,000

We are working with an established and award-winning architectural practice who are looking to appoint experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to join their growing team in Northampton.

The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including logistics, education, hotels, research and development, offices, industrial, sport, leisure, civic, mixed-use, master planning and residential, with project values ranging from £500k to over £200m.

Requirements for this Project Architect / Architectural Technician role: 

• Running projects from concept through to completion.
• Producing high-quality architectural and technical drawings.
• Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Taking responsibility for your own projects and design decisions.
• Leading and supporting junior members of the team.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Developing projects through the relevant RIBA stages.
• Working predominantly within Revit to develop and coordinate project information.
• Contributing to the design and technical delivery of a varied project portfolio.

About You:

• Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist.
• Proven experience running projects within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong Revit skills are essential.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK construction.
• Confident producing your own drawings and managing project information.
• Experience working collaboratively and leading others.
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and InDesign experience would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about architecture and committed to delivering high-quality work.
