Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit finance applications to lenders, prepare documents for client signatures, and handle pay-out processing
  • Carry out compliance and quality checks, including KYC verification, to meet regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and secure records in line with lender and business policies
  • Update and store finance documentation in accordance with lender updates
  • Communicate effectively with lenders to progress deals
  • Track and report on business performance metrics
  • Liaise with suppliers to arrange marketing materials, merchandise, and office supplies
  • Send customer feedback requests and collate responses
  • Oversee day-to-day office facilities, including ordering food, stationery, and uniforms
  • Coordinate team events, lender visits, and training sessions
  • Maintain operational files and systems, including HR, complaints, and training records

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail when handling documents, data, and compliance checks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Adaptable, proactive mindset with the willingness to support different areas of the business
  • Problem-solving approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HubSpot and Excel knowledge an advantage
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required
  • Minimum Grade 4 (C) in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of compliance processes and documentation handling (finance experience preferred but not essential)
