Senior Project Architect – Birmingham

Aztrum is delighted to be supporting a well-established, forward-thinking architectural practice in their search for a Senior Architect to join their architectural team and provide support to the interior design team. My client have an exciting range of projects upcoming within the Leisure sector, including fit outs and new builds. 

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect role: 

• Lead the design and delivery of supported living and care accommodation projects across the UK
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional design quality
• Provide leadership and mentorship to architectural staff, contributing to professional development within the practice
• Ensure adherence to planning, building regulations, and sector-specific standards

Requirements for this Senior Project Architect role: 

• ARB registered with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Demonstrable experience in the Leisure sector, or leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
