This newly created Senior HR Business Partner role is key to strengthening the People function. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, combining hands-on HR execution with strategic insight and deep expertise in labor law and compliance. Managing the full employee lifecycle, you will guide managers through complex people matters, mitigate labor and compliance risks, and ensure that HR policies and processes evolve in line with business needs.
