Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Cardiff, who are looking to appoint a motivated and performance-driven Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career, working on high-quality residential projects. The role offers exposure across all RIBA stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
• Support planning applications and Building Control submissions

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within architectural practice
• Demonstrable UK-based experience across the RIBA design stages
• Proven experience within the residential sector
• Strong technical design ability with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good graphic and project management skills
