Are you an experienced BIM professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking environment? My client is seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join their growing team of designers and technical specialists.

As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the implementation, management, and delivery of BIM processes across a range of projects. You’ll lead coordination efforts, drive best practices, and support a collaborative, design-focused studio where innovation and precision are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities for this BIM Manager role:

• Lead and manage BIM processes and workflows across multiple projects
• Oversee the development and coordination of detailed 3D Revit models
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless model integration
• Establish, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Ensure all models and outputs meet client and industry standards
• Monitor project delivery to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality

Key Requirements for this BIM Manager role:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a strong portfolio of delivered projects
• In-depth knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
• Proven experience in a BIM leadership or senior technician role
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant industry experience (minimum 4–5 years preferred)
