Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Take ownership of projects across all stages, coordinating design and technical delivery with precision.
• Produce detailed working and tender drawings, ensuring the highest technical and design standards.
• Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications with confidence and accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and surveys, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and local authorities to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice, ideally with exposure to the education sector.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent design and technical detailing skills with a meticulous approach to accuracy.
• Confident in project management and job running, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and organisational abilities, combined with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
