Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing engineering consultancy delivering structural, civil and infrastructure solutions across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, logistics and large-scale development projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career within a supportive consultancy environment where you will work alongside experienced Chartered Engineers on high-profile projects across the UK.

The Role

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will be involved in all stages of project delivery, gaining valuable exposure to structural design, analysis and site-based engineering activities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the design of steel, concrete, masonry and timber structures
• Producing structural calculations and technical reports
• Supporting the preparation of engineering drawings and BIM models
• Undertaking site visits, surveys and inspections
• Working closely with senior engineers, architects and contractors
• Assisting with project coordination and delivery
• Developing your technical knowledge through structured mentoring and training
• Working towards professional chartership

The Candidate

We are interested in speaking with candidates who possess:

• A degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (BEng/MEng)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• An interest in building structures and engineering design
• Knowledge of structural analysis software would be advantageous
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or BIM technologies would be beneficial
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
