As Lead AV Designer, you’ll work on some of the UK’s most prestigious residential (and occasionally commercial) properties—leading the end-to-end design of fully integrated smart environments, lighting, AV, networks, and security. You’ll own your projects from concept to commissioning, with genuine autonomy and the backing of an experienced, collaborative team.

Design packs are created to RIBA stages, with full coordination alongside architects, interiors, and M&E consultants. You’ll also help shape fee proposals, presentations, and as-builts—making this a true leadership role in both delivery and client interface.
