Architect / Architectural Technologist – up to £45,000
Liverpool 

A well-established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their growing team, delivering complex healthcare and large-scale public sector projects across the UK. This is a strong opportunity for someone confident in technical delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management across RIBA Stages 3–5.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect / Architectural Technologist role: 

• Lead and support project delivery through RIBA Stages 3–5 
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction packages using Revit 
• Manage client and stakeholder engagement, including NHS trusts and contractors 
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist consultants 
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and on-site design resolution 
• Support compliance with UK Building Regulations and healthcare standards 
• Contribute to BREEAM and sustainability targets 

Key Requirements for this Architect / Architectural Technologist role: 

• ARB registered Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist 
• Strong Revit proficiency (essential) 
• Experience delivering complex healthcare, public sector, or large-scale refurbishment projects 
• Strong technical design and construction detailing ability 
• Proven coordination and stakeholder management skills 
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes 
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
