Account Manager – IT Sales

Location: Durham (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70k+)

Specialising in IT Hardware, Software, Virtualisation, and Managed Services, this business is scaling rapidly and now seeking ambitious Account Managers to join their high-performing sales team.

What you’ll be doing: - Account Manager

• Driving new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
• Selling a mix of IT Hardware, Software, MSP Services, and Support Contracts.
• Building your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Producing professional sales proposals and delivering tailored solutions.
• Consistently working towards – and exceeding – monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• A proven track record in IT sales (MSP, VAR, or Telecoms background preferred).
• A driven, target-focused mindset with resilience and determination.
• Strong ability to generate new business via cold calling, networking, and relationship management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A confident, professional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
