Aztrum is delighted to be supporting a well-established and progressive architectural and planning consultancy in their search for an Architect to join their specialist team based in Chichester.

As an Architect, you will contribute to managing projects from concept to completion, supporting junior team members, and maintaining close client relationships to uphold design excellence and delivery standards across the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Lead the design and delivery of education projects across the UK.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Assist in the management of multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of design quality and attention to detail.

• Provide guidance and support to junior architects and technologists, fostering professional growth.

• Ensure adherence to planning policies, building regulations, and relevant sector-specific standards.

Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience working within the education sector.

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and inclusive design principles.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
