The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build long-term client partnerships.
In this consultative sales position, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how innovative technology solutions can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, passing opportunities to the wider team
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate data and activity logs in the CRM system
- Deepen your product and solution knowledge to deliver tailored, value-led conversations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact to deal closure
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing your workload
- Comfortable using CRMs and modern sales tools
- Keen to learn, grow, and progress within a supportive, high-performing sales team
