The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build long-term client partnerships.

In this consultative sales position, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how innovative technology solutions can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, passing opportunities to the wider team
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate data and activity logs in the CRM system
  • Deepen your product and solution knowledge to deliver tailored, value-led conversations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact to deal closure

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing your workload
  • Comfortable using CRMs and modern sales tools
  • Keen to learn, grow, and progress within a supportive, high-performing sales team
