£45,000–£60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)

We’re working with a well-established and fast-growing Managed Service Provider based in Leeds, delivering IT support, cloud infrastructure, and cyber security solutions to organisations across the UK. Known for their technical expertise and customer-first approach, they’re now expanding their commercial team to support continued growth.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established client portfolio while also playing a key role in driving new business growth.

You’ll be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and actively generating new opportunities through outbound activity and cold calling. This is a hybrid role combining account management with a strong new business focus.

Importantly, you are not required to bring your own client base, but you should be confident in proactively identifying and winning new business alongside managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships across an established portfolio of MSP clients
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cloud, and cyber security services
  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular client reviews to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive new business development activity through outbound outreach and cold calling
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities within the Leeds and wider UK market

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate revenue
  • Comfortable with cold calling and new business development
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while actively developing new opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach
