We are working with a growing architectural and property consultancy who are looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join their Leicester team.

The practice works nationally across bespoke residential projects, including new-build homes, adaptations and complex refurbishments, providing tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.

The Role of a Senior Architect: 

• Leading and managing residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Managing and mentoring junior members of the architectural team.
• Producing high-quality residential designs and technical information.
• Ensuring projects meet Building Regulations and accessible design requirements.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, Planning and Building Control.
• Overseeing quality procedures and maintaining high standards of project delivery.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the architectural team.
• Attending site visits and meetings across the UK when required.

Essential Qualifications of a Senior Architect: 

• Qualified Architect with strong UK experience.
• Previous experience in a senior or leadership position.
• Strong residential design and technical knowledge.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and accessible design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; NBS Specification experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Practical, creative and solutions-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
