Architectural Technologist
Manchester – Up to £50,000 

Aztrum is delighted to be partnering with a vibrant, design-focused architectural practice delivering innovative, high-quality projects across the education sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join a growing team working on specialist SEND school projects, with excellent opportunities for progression and development throughout the company.

The role of an Architectural Technologist:

• Working alongside architects, consultants, and project teams to develop high-quality design and technical solutions for SEND education projects

• Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive project documentation

• Supporting projects through planning, technical design, and construction stages

• Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant educational standards

• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders

• Carrying out site visits and supporting the delivery of projects on site

• Contributing to the continued development and growth of the practice

Key Requirements of an Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential

• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing

• Experience within the education sector would be highly advantageous, particularly SEND projects

• Strong attention to detail and a technical, solutions-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ambition to develop your career within a growing architectural practice
