Architectural Technologist

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join a growing team working on specialist SEND school projects, with excellent opportunities for progression and development throughout the company.
The role of an Architectural Technologist:
Working alongside architects, consultants, and project teams to develop high-quality design and technical solutions for SEND education projects
Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive project documentation
Supporting projects through planning, technical design, and construction stages
Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant educational standards
Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Carrying out site visits and supporting the delivery of projects on site
Contributing to the continued development and growth of the practice
Key Requirements of an Architectural Technologist:
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing
Experience within the education sector would be highly advantageous, particularly SEND projects
Strong attention to detail and a technical, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication and coordination skills
