The Role: Sales Manager: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team within the UK market.

This is a key leadership role within a dynamic, technology-led organisation. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring sales professionals, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Manager

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive new business acquisition and support the expansion of existing accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure best practice sales processes and CRM utilisation across the team

About You: Sales Manager

You are a results-driven sales leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing people as much as closing deals.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Account Management role within telecoms, IT, or UCaaS
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to sales execution
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams-based solutions or similar technologies (desirable)
