Electrical Superintendent – Data Center / Mission Critical

Location: Spartanburg, SC
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 Based on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on a large-scale mission-critical construction project in the Spartanburg area.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who knows how to drive production, manage electrical crews, and keep complex installations moving safely and on schedule.

What You’ll Be Leading

You’ll oversee electrical field installation with a heavy focus on:

• Basket tray and cable tray systems
• EMT and rigid conduit
• Large-scale electrical raceway and pathway installation
• Electrical rough-in and infrastructure
• Crew productivity and daily field execution
• Quality control and installation standards
• Coordination with project management and other trades
• Schedule, safety, and project milestones

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or senior electrical field leader
• Strong background with EMT, rigid conduit, basket tray, and cable tray
• Experience managing electrical crews on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
• Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of field production, manpower planning, safety, and quality
• Comfortable coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and multiple trades
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred

We’re especially interested in candidates who have managed high-volume electrical infrastructure installations and understand what it takes to keep a fast-moving project on schedule.

This is not a telecom superintendent position. The focus is electrical construction and heavy conveyance.
