Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments effectively.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
