EA Search is partnering with a highly prestigious law firm specialising in high-profile litigation, mostly within the financial services and UHNW market, in the search for a Legal Personal Assistant to join the team. 

This is a crucial hire to which the successful candidate will be supporting partners and fee earners, with regards to diary management, travel and accommodation, assisting with billing and expenses, assisting with time recording, digital dictations, being the first point of contact for clients, and various adhoc responsibilities as required by partners. 

This will be on-site 5 days a week, with working hours of 09:30 to 5:30 with some flexibility required outside of this hours during Court days etc.

Responsibilities:

• Diary management and organising travel and the supporting logistics. 
• Assisting partners and fee earners with monthly billing and expenses. 
• Supporting with time recording and tracking non-chargeable time. 
• Liaising with both internal and external parties.  
• Filing documents, both hard copy and electronic.
• Assisting fee earners with regards to business development activities, including taking the lead on marketing materials and pitch documents. 
• Tracking business development events and diarising for follow up
• Ad hoc support as/when required. 

What we're looking for: 

• Over 3 years of experience working within a similar position, within a law firm. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Excellent document production and organisational skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Recognises the importance of clients, and delivers the highest quality of service.
