The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and forge long-term client relationships.

In this consultative role, you’ll work closely with senior decision-makers, uncover their challenges, and showcase how tailored technology solutions can transform their operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business through calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn activity
  • Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support wider business development activity
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand challenges and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from first contact to close

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious, eager to grow, and ready to thrive in a high-performing team
