The Opportunity

As a New Business Account Manager, your focus will be on pure new business generation and cold outreach — you do not need to bring any existing accounts or portfolio.

You’ll be a key driver of growth, identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and opening doors for tailored IT solutions that deliver real impact.

This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone hungry to build a career in tech sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively generating new business opportunities (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking)
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline from scratch
• Engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Running consultative conversations to uncover business needs
• Working closely with technical teams to shape tailored solutions
• Keeping CRM and pipeline reporting accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
• Strong confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Target-driven, resilient mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
• Ambitious and motivated to progress in a fast-growing business
