About the Role

• Engage with key decision-makers in the Health and Social Care sector to understand their training needs.
• Become an expert in funding and incentives, guiding clients through available options.
• Build trust through honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage your own accounts, evolving from new business generation to long-term account management.
• Hybrid working available after successful induction and probation.

What We’re Looking For

• Brilliant communication skills—smart, bubbly, articulate, and confident.
• Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to absorb information.
• Self-motivation and initiative—able to “get going” without prompting.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
