Location: Norwich
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Internal Account Manager with experience in Telecommunications or Unified Communications to join a rapidly expanding UK sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Drive new business growth while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
• Sell unified communications, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Attend client meetings in London to strengthen partnerships and conduct account reviews.

About You

You’ll be successful in this position if you:

• Have proven experience selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions.
• Consistently exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excel at building trusted, consultative relationships with enterprise clients.
• Are self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the flexibility to travel occasionally to London.
